Those who do fix-and-flips need quick access to money for a short period of time. Frequently, they need to make an all-cash offer within days in order to secure a property. Banks can’t respond that quickly.

Denver Lending Group provides funding to qualified and experienced developers who do fix-and-flips in the Denver area. These loans are secured by Deeds of Trust in the properties themselves.

DLG loans no more than 70% of the After Repair Value of the property which helps mitigate risk.

Projects take 6 – 14  months.

Investors funds are secured by a Deed of Trust and Promissory note on the property.
